What data

First name, last name, phone number, email, chosen vaccine(s), chosen time slot and language. We do not ask for any medical history.

Purpose

To manage your vaccination appointment, send you a confirmation and inform the pharmacy of your booking. Confirmation via WhatsApp: the pharmacy personally sends you a WhatsApp message (a Meta service) containing only your first name and the date and time of the appointment — never your vaccine choice or medical data.

Date of birth

Needed to determine your age on the day of vaccination.

Medical questionnaire before your vaccination

Your answers are health data. Only the pharmacy can see them; they are used only to prepare your vaccination safely and are deleted 7 days after your appointment.

Retention period

Requests are deleted automatically after the period set by the pharmacy.
